PERSONAL TRAINER AND NUTRITIONIST
REALISTIC NUTRITION PROGRAMMES TO RUN ALONGSIDE YOUR SESSIONS
My name's Alex, I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in West London.
Nutrition lies at the heart of almost every goal that people come to us looking to achieve. We'd say it's more than just the 'other side of the coin'.

You can train every day of the week, and see no difference with the wrong nutrition plan.
Conversely, you'd be hard-pressed not to see positive changes alongside an improved diet - even with no training whatsoever. We help clients coordinate both aspects with 1-1 training sessions and specially tailored nutritional guidance.
PERSONAL TRAINING THAT EMPHASISES NUTRITION
Nutritional guidance has become so saturated, yet so difficult to traverse. Simplicity has gone out of the window in favour of fad diets that are easy to market as miracle cures.
We help clients programme simple, sustainable and non-restrictive diet changes that match their goals. You won't need a cheat day.

Alongside 1-1 training sessions, we programme around your personal circumstances.
That might include working night shifts, a busy schedule or pre-existing diet commitments (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, pescetarean etc.).
PERSONAL SUPPORT
You need a well-calibrated diet with the correct level of excess energy and nutrients to support the training process - it's absolutely essential to seeing results. To offer clear, practical direction, we provide three documents:
1) PERSONAL STRATEGY OVERVIEW
This will include a breakdown of what our chosen approach is, and why it works.
2) COMPREHENSIVE DIET ANALYSIS
Based on 7-10 days of entries in a food diary that we provide. We'll explain where you’re doing well, where you can improve and exactly what replacements to consider.
REGULARLY UPDATED MACRONUTRIENT & CALORIE RECOMMENDATIONS
These are synchronised with your training pattern and goals. They contain ranges, so that you can maintain a social life whilst approaching your goals.
THE EMOTIONAL SIDE OF DIET & FOOD
You'll never be shamed, made to do a weigh-in when you're uncomfortable, or be asked to sacrifice your mental health to keep up with a diet. Changing your relationship with food takes time, support and - above all - persistence.
It's easy to provide a programme, and call it a day there. We try to go a step further by helping clients identify the triggers that lead to unproductive decisions, and support them in building workarounds.
