Each trainer has their own distinct style, but our central focus is body recomposition.

What Is Body Recomposition? 

​

A few factors make up your body composition, including the volume of muscle, fat and bone mass. We specialize in goals that involve changing this ratio.

​

Goals involving fat loss, muscle growth or a combination of the two all fall under the umbrella of 'body recomposition'.

INITIAL CONSULTATION 

This free discussion can take place by phone, Zoom or even over a coffee in person. We'll get to know your goals, fitness history, likes and dislikes. If it's within our expertise, we'll begin strategising the best possible plan for your circumstances.

Once we have an understanding, you'll be offered. a 60 minute trial session to give you a first-hand experience before committing.
