BIOGRAPHY
Harry is a personal trainer with a unique approach, integrating his background in computer science with a profound passion for fitness. His own transformation from 107KG to a lean 80KG not only showcases his methods but also allows him to empathize with clients at the start of their fitness journey, having been there once himself.
In his practice, Harry focuses on resistance training as the primary tool for achieving results, applying data-driven programming to create highly effective, personalized workout plans. His methods are scientific, leveraging fitness data and body metrics to tailor each session to the individual's needs.
Harry's knowledge goes far beyond that of a standard PT. He is constantly keeping up to date with the latest research, and is currently creating an interface for coaches to methodically track their athlete's progress according to the latest scientific literature.
He's also designed his own highly accurate software that automatically adjusts adjusts calorie recommendations based on the rate of weight loss. He used this to great effect in his own fitness journey.
Outside of his meticulous programming, Harry is a pleasure to work with. He channels his passion into creating engaging and upbeat sessions that allow total newcomers to feel informed and at ease.
Beyond his role as a trainer, Harry is passionate about powerlifting. This passion extends to coaching others, where he has successfully trained individuals to compete and win in International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) competitions. His experience in powerlifting not only adds depth to his training regimen but also inspires those he coaches, demonstrating the heights achievable through dedication and the right guidance.
